MY JOURNEY
From Silicon Valley to
Liberty Hill.
Two decades in operations and entrepreneurship. Corporate giants like Apple and Starbucks. Hyper-growth startups like Philz Coffee and Limelight Health. I've worn every hat — operator, founder, investor, advisor.
My proudest accomplishment isn't on a resume. It's Blue Ocean Pool Service — one of eight businesses I currently own and operate, built right in my own community without a day of pool industry experience. It's proof that the system works.
Beyond the businesses, I'm a dedicated family man and the host of The Girl Dad Show — a podcast where I share conversations with fellow entrepreneurs about the real challenges of being a parent and an owner at the same time.
My approach is simple: roll up the sleeves, get involved, work alongside other local owners to implement a bulletproof operating system. When we succeed together, our community gets stronger.
