Sometimes we build from scratch together. Sometimes I invest and advise. Either way, the goal is a business that's profitable, sustainable, and fun — with partners I enjoy working with, making money with, and being friends with.

There's one lesson that's helped me more than any other: network = net worth. Being great at something is often less important than knowing the right people. I learned this in my 40s after two decades perfecting my craft. Now I'm helping others truncate that timeline.

FYC's goal is to own 100 doors across a wide variety of real estate types — single family, multi-family, short-term rental, commercial. We're learning the strategies as we go, generating both equity and cash flow along the way.

Our thesis isn't industry — it's function expertise, unfair advantage, and founder grit. We write four to six checks a year between $10K and $50K. We only invest in companies that come to us through a mutual contact who'll vouch for the founder. Network = net worth, applied to capital.
